you can make a more informed decision. The type and colour of containers cannot be
guaranteed during the trial period.
All rental arrangements will be covered by either a contract or a simple agreement. The
difference is our contract has a specified period of time over which it runs, such as
1 or 2 years, while our letter of agreement allows for termination of any arrangement at any
time by giving 3 months notice on either side.
Rental payments are due either by monthly, quarterly or annual charges and can be paid
by BACS, standing order or by cheque.
All plants and containers remain the property of Simply Plants until final payment has been
